Privacy Policy

Duties related to privacy and compliance with legal regulations with respect to our business are of special importance to us.
This statement is to explain to our Users why we process their data, and how we collect, process, and secure the data. It is also to explain the way we use the information collected.

What personal data we collect and why?

The service performs the function of acquiring information about Users. We collect personal data such as: full name, e-mail address, phone number, User location.

The information about the Users and their behaviours are collected as follows:

– through the Users’ voluntary data entry in the forms, 

– through saving cookies in end devices,

– through www server logs collected by the hosting operator.

Data collected via the information form – what does it involve?

Our Service collects information provided voluntarily by the Users. It can also save other information, but only as related to connection parameters, namely time markings and the IP address. The form data are not made available to third parties unless the User agrees to that.
The information provided in the form is processed for the purpose related to the contents of the inquiry, e.g., to process the service request or for commercial contact.

Data collection about the cookies – what does it involve?

Our Service uses cookies. These are IT data, particularly text files, saved in the Users’ end devices. They are intended to use websites.
By principle, cookies contain the name of the website they originate from, time of storage at the device, and their unique number. The Service Operator is the entity placing cookies at the Service User’s end device and gaining access to cookies.

 

 

Two types of cookies are used by the Service:

– “session cookies” – remain at the User’s device until logging out, leaving the website, or turning off the software (web browser).

– “persistent cookies” – remain at the User’s device for the time specified in cookie parameters, or until deleted by the User.

Cookies used by partners to the website operator are governed by their own privacy policy.

By standard, software for website browsing, namely the web browser, permits cookie placement at the end device by default.

It must be, however, remembered that restricted use of cookies may affect some functionalities available at the website.

Cookies placed at the Service User end device can also be used by advertisers and partners collaborating with the Service operator.

Data collection via server logs – what does it involve?

Information about some User behaviours are subject to logging at the server level.
The data are used exclusively for service administration and to assure efficient support of hosting services.
The resources viewed are identified through their URL addresses.
Furthermore, the following data can be recorded:

– time of inquiry receipt,

– time of reply sending,

– client station name – identification via HTTP protocol,

– information about errors occurring upon HTTP transaction,

– URL address of website previously visited by the User (referrer link) if the Service was accessed via a link,

– information about User browser and the IP address.

 

The data are not, however, associated with any specific persons viewing the websites; they are only used for server administration purposes.

Why do we collect such data?

There are several options:

– The data are necessary for us to supply our products or services, as ordered by the User.

– We care to continue our development and to improve our business. The data collected are analysed and help us to achieve this goal.

Who can access User information?

The Service Operator has the right to access to User data and to use them according to this statement. The data can also be provided to the suppliers with whom the Service Operator collaborates with respect to the services rendered. Furthermore, the Service Operator may be obligated to disclose information collected by the Service to respective state authorities pursuant to legitimate requests.

 

User data can be provided to outsourced companies exclusively if the User has agreed to this.

Data access and control by the User

The User has the right to obtain a copy of one’s personal data from the Service Operator. The User may also report the will to rectify any unclarities or errors in one’s personal data.
